I am a sole proprietorship and have one office conveniently located in north central Phoenix, which is easily accessible from the State Route 51 and Loop 101. My normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but I am very flexible and can accommodate your schedule. Many times I can schedule early evening appointments or Saturday appointments.

As a paralegal here in Arizona over the last 18 years, my work has always been concentrated in the areas of divorce and family law, bankruptcy, probate, estate planning, name changes and miscellaneous civil matters.

Many times these types of cases can be very stressful to my clients, and therefore, I strive to perform the work for you on a personal and friendly basis, as well as being efficient and accurate. My job, as a paralegal and certified legal document preparer, is to provide procedural information and prepare legal documents at a much lower cost than attorneys would charge. I also believe in offering payment plans on my services. If, however, your case is complex, or you need legal advice, or you need representation at a hearing, I have attorneys that I know personally, and have worked with in the past, whom I would be very happy to refer you to.

For all matters dealing with Superior Court, I have a courier service that will file all your documentation at no additional charge. They also are process servers and can serve documents, i.e. divorce petitions, at a reasonable charge, either here in Arizona or out of state.

I am also a Notary Public and can notarize all legal documents prepared.
